At ARCH Counseling Center, our clinicians draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. The specific methods used in therapy will depend on each client’s concerns, goals, preferences, and individual circumstances. Below are some of the approaches utilized by members of our clinical team.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
