- Private Insurance: Aetna, Amita Health Network, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare.
For self-pay clients:
- Individual Therapy: $140 per session (one hour).
- Couples Therapy & Family Therapy: $150 per session (one hour).
At this time, we do not offer a sliding scale fee structure.
Why we don’t offer a sliding scale: Implementing a sliding scale system can present logistical and financial challenges for a small practice. It requires careful assessment of individual financial situations, which can be time-consuming and may divert resources away from providing direct client care, such as scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks. This allows us to allocate our resources more efficiently to ensure the highest quality of care for all our clients.
Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes, we offer telehealth services via secure video conferencing platforms, such as Zoom. Telehealth allows you to receive therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home. We also offer a hybrid approach, combining in-person and telehealth sessions to best suit your needs.
