More about SIERRA
Education, Background & More
I work with adults, young adults, and couples navigating anything from complex emotions, life transitions, or trauma, to relational challenges, communication struggles, or the pain of distance or estrangement. I believe that healing often begins with exploring our stories: the experiences and meaning that has shaped who we are, what we long for, and how we relate. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based and trauma-informed, grounded in compassion and curiosity. Together, we’ll create space to reflect, find clarity, and move toward more authentic and fulfilling relationships, with others as well as with ourselves.
Sierra’s specialty areas include:
- Anxiety, OCD and Panic Disorders
- Depression and Mood Disorders
- Grief and Loss
- Healing from Betrayal
