My role is to meet you where you are and help you move forward with dignity and hope, connecting you to the services you need to build a strong foundation for wellness.
More about Lina
Education, Background & More
My foundation is unique: my early career as a graphic designer and photo retoucher taught me to see detail, seek balance, and find the language of connection. I hold an AAS in Graphic Design and a BFA in Media Arts and Animation, and I bring that creative, solution-oriented mindset to case management. I believe that art and humanity intersect in the everyday moments where connection and healing begin.
Today, my work focuses on stabilizing and empowering individuals and families through effective resource coordination and bilingual case management. Before joining ARCH Counseling Center, I served as a Bilingual Supportive Housing Technician for the STEP program, managing coordinated leasing, eligibility assessments, and referrals. This experience gave me specialized expertise in supporting clients with chronic health conditions to achieve long-term housing stability.
My approach is entirely client-centered. I understand the importance of empathy, active listening, and walking beside people as they rebuild their sense of home—both physically and emotionally. I am committed to creating a compassionate space where authenticity is honored, especially for individuals navigating complex legal and social services. I am here to help you feel supported and empowered as you define your own path forward.
