Meet Latoya Morgan
LPC, QMHP, Therapist | Telehealth, Teletherapy (she/her)
Hi, I’m Latoya Morgan, a therapist at ARCH Counseling Center. Have you ever felt like everything is at a standstill? Or things are just overflowing for you with no end in sight? I provide a compassionate, affirming space where clients can feel seen, supported, and empowered. I work with individuals navigating ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent experiences, as well as anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and personal growth. I also support LGBTQIA+ clients, women, parents, students, and those facing racial anxiety, cultural stress, or academic challenges.
More about LATOYA
Education, Background & More
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences, helping clients build resilience, expand self-understanding, and create meaningful change in their lives. My primary modalities are CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Informed care, but I am eclectic in my practice to ensure I am providing what is best for the individual. I also integrate the Gottman Method when working with couples in couples therapy, and utilize play therapy techniques when supporting children. I received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University. I have 2.5 years of experience in Community Mental Health, but over 5 years of experience working in the mental health field.
Together, we will explore your story and recognize that you are the expert in your own life. This is a partnership. While I’ll provide the clinical tools and structure, you will lead the way. My goal isn’t just to help you cope with life’s challenges but to help you thrive. We will uncover your strengths and enhance your self-awareness and emotional resilience, ensuring you are actively involved with your goals and in control of your therapeutic process. If this resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out for a consultation to see if we’re the right fit to begin this journey.
